I genuinely don’t understand how everyone here is losing weight and I’m still maintaining weight. I walk 15,000+ steps a day and have changed my diet into something healthier.

Lowkey lost over 30lbs on my program was walking a ton but couldn’t afford food ate maybe a meal a day or a snack and that’s it. Miss that time because just to come home I gained like 60lbs 😭

I’m the opposite, I GAINED weight on my program and still haven’t lost it. I over-ate before shifts so I wouldn’t be starving (I worked in QSR).

Just go on a calorie deficit. If you’re already active with steps you’ll add results fast

it’s 100% how much you’re eating not what you’re eating. i eat like absolute crap but with a calorie deficit and i’ve only lost weight from all the walking. learn to be okay being hungry. drinking water instead of eating helps.
