at first yeah, but then i left and found a job that pays much more rather than wasting years at Disney 🤷

it’s because theater is usually fueled by people’s ego. It’s an industry that has historically promoted bullying. Disney is also apart of this. Not all people in ent are assholes but they seem to be really good at hiring very miserable people.
