Iffy on this. Sometimes more dysphoria comes from the extra attention. Having your tea clocked even by a fellow trans woman even if it’s positive is not always affirming

I understand where you’re coming from completely but I don’t tell them it’s because they’re trans or even really wink nudge. Personally I’d rather have the compliment to balance out all the “sir”s I get in a day and make those hurt less.
