i mean i definitely wouldn't advertise it, bc HR could come into your relationship since technically a coord would be above you, and that would cause a conflict of interest

while it’s technically allowed, it is frowned upon and sometimes could be viewed at as favoritism, especially if they move CDS around to have you on preferable positions. the only like full on no-no is dating your own leader, you could technically date a Leader from a different role/location, but your own direct leader is bad. Just because they can control your schedule and the general power imbalance is seen as a big no-no
