how are yall gaining weight on your program?? with all the walking and being at work most of the time i’ve never been skinnier

Depends on how many calories you take in tbh. You could eat one meal a day but if it’s more calories than you burn then you’ll gain weight

I literally lost 30 pounds on my program because I didn’t have the money to be able to afford groceries or any food tbh and I walked a ton

Not many people eat in a deficit 😒 so not everyone losing weight is what I’m saying
