Unfortunately, no. Disney doesn’t gaf because technically Coords don’t have any say in discipline, advancement, etc. 🤷🏻‍♂️

the issue is that it has been affecting work. he hits on girls at work & gives people he likes/is sleeping with better breaks/treats them differently

Sounds like an issue leadership needs to address. If they don’t, it will eventually turn around to bite them in the ass.
