i want to make a tik tok de influencing the DCP so badly. it's so glamorized on tik tok and people think its some sort of free disney vacation where u meet ur lifelong friends... i've literally never been more lonely & miserable in my life 💔

no actuallyyyyy, i feel like disney would even appreciate it (somewhat) cus it would cut out some of the incompetent ppl who have never worked in their lives/dont want to do actual work

then that’s on you bc i’m having the best time of my life and have met so many amazing people while working a job i live in an environment im thriving in. don’t ruin it for others just bc you can’t make friends

this is a very tone deaf response. i have friends but that doesn't mean i can't be lonely. i enjoy my role but i have really sucky leadership so that kinda makes it a lot more stressful. all i'm saying is the DCP isn't a GUARANTEED good experience for everyone. i feel like on tik tok you only see the good parts and not the bad. de-influencing could help others make more well rounded decisions abt if it's a good fit for them.

I also would argue that the DCP entirely depends on your and leadership. You can't tell me someone in ODV or Housepeople enjoys their roles as much as Photopass or Character Attendant? Even if you do have a good role, if you have bad leadership then that makes going to work so much more challenging. I'm glad you're thriving and many people do but act like it's entirely on me when so many aspect of the program were out of my control is just inconsiderate.
