its a toss up because i could be considered safety critical since you're handling food and knifes and hot equipment- i knew a couple people who got tested.

usually the popcorn carts, the adventureland eggroll cart will be considered ODV. QSR would be stuff like the churro cart in frontierland, and the dole whip places in MK. so for ODV, no idea. if QSR, its up in the air.
