it is 30 min... but mosonori in dr. phillips has the best handrolls ever, and x sushi is another favorite, about the same difference in time though. kingdom sushi is also pretty good if you happen to work at MK and would want to go before/after. there's just not a ton in the immediate flamingo/horizon west area other than like bento
