Hey! Do not diminish the first! There nothing worse than waiting for a nice steak and have it be disgustingly raw and have it bleed all over the rest of the sides!

firstly there's no blood in your steak. ever. period. secondly, medium rare is the best and only correct way to eat a steak

False. Rare is the best. In fact, it’s best when it’s still mooing a lil

Nothing worse than a dry steak that you chew forever like a cow

Same. Well done or medium well usually. I can tolerate a little bit of pink, but I don’t like my steak runny, whether it’s blood myoglobin whatever the hell you call it. I don’t want to see it

Agreed! I hate cutting into my steak and having “fluid” spill out into my plate and sides 🤮
