I’d say either starving (not recommended) or just remove your gut altogether. (Also probably not medically recommended)

So from caf, the sushi bar is the way to go, or superbowls when they have them. Other than that I would highly recommend undercaf (can get smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, etc. w fresh ingredients) or tutus. Tutus bagels actually got me thru freshman year
