Examples of this during this season: Andy having a strong 1 and 2. We saw how far he made it. 3 is Dylan. He still had frame issues in the finale. Hilaria getting voted off early for being unliked. All that.

Robert had 1, 2, 3 where as Alix and Jordan had 1, 2, and 4 (DWTS is mostly watched by straight women leading to no attractiveness towards other women). Dylan had 2 and 3. Elaine had 2 and 4.

and for someone who’s gonna come at me for the mens’ dancing this year, my rankings are based off professional ball room dancers. (They had Robert 5th and Dylan 4th solely based on dancing, ouch)
