setting aside that having a rusty rod shoved in your urethra is super unhygienic, what would even be the purpose of that? Insert different lengths in each one and play them like a xylophone? what's the endgame here, other than urinary tract infection?

Good lord I hope they used different sounds for each of them but some people are into it as a kink (bc of course SOMEBODY had to be turned on by it)
