Now that it’s summer I’m working all day and i need to meal prep my lunches for the week on Sunday… i did chicken and rice bowls last week any ideas for this week?
my meal prep ideas for when i start work are: pasta, salad, taco bowls / tacos, might try stir fry, beef & broccoli, & wraps. there’s also sandwiches, soups / stews, & tiktok for more inspo :)
