this was my first test using a new marinade cobbled together from ingredients of various recipes and what we had in the house, went great so i'm making double this amt tmrw and cooking it out on the grill

marinade was: 1 cup olive oil, 1/4 cup spicy dijon mustard, 2tbsp lime juice, 2 tbsp each of minced garlic and onions, a hefty amt of nashville hot chicken seasoning, some sriracha, paprika, black pepper, salt. mix it all until emulsified & soak chicken in it for 4-6 hours or overnight. cook at 400 F about 30 minutes or until 165 internal & desired crispiness. im excited to see how it turns out on the grill tonight

i'll def update with pics tonight! my brother who's a line cook & loves grilling is gonna help & it's marinated for even longer this time, so i'm sure itll be 😋
