Advice for making burritos? Every time it ends up to wet I need to make a hole to drip and I have no idea where it's coming from

All you need is beans, rice, and cheese. I like to make my own refried beans with real lard, fried rice, and lay out the tortilla on a griddle with cheese before adding fillings to make it crispy. If your burritos are dripping, that makes me think you’ve filled it with hot meat, lettuce, and sauces, with nothing in there to absorb the drip like a rice base.

In any case, make sure you know how to wrap a burrito properly; a massively filled one might spill a few drops into the hand cradling it, but won’t let out a torrent even if you like wet sauces
