It’s gonna take a min (steak) I seasoned it with steak seasoning, and salt. Put a whole lot of butter to give it that juiciness. I cook it in the microwave (click popcorn) then flip (click popcorn) then you will have to cut into it so it can cook more on the inside, then (popcorn) and finally cut them into pieces of 4 and cook it for 1 min and it’s all cooked and done 🥰 For the (rice ) I used the one minute and rice, but I added butter and salt. And 🫶🏼 amazing

Even then. The microwave simply cannot hit a safe cooking temperature for meats.
