
Soft scrambled eggs, instead of stirring just shake the pan aggressively. When they're about 70% done cooking let them sit for a while till the bottom sets. Then when u stir it will separate away from the walls of the pan. Whisk salt into the eggs in a bowl, add to a pan w 1 tbsp of butter per egg that's halfway melted, and add a big splash of cream. Stir the eggs by shaking the pan until the butter is fully incorporated to start and then u just kinda vibes it out from there
