It was good but to be honest a good ribeye with chimi churi sauce would be my preference especially when comparing the prep and cook times. It’s more so cool that you made it then being way better flavor wise than a well cooked steak

Did you actually like it? Made one cause of Gordon Ramsey and was the worst thing I’ve ever eaten. And I love mushrooms but not that much
