To be completely honest with you this looks like shit but probably tastes amazing I think what happened here also is that your vegetables lost texture after over cooking them in the soup it’s okay to cook long enough that you bring out flavors but there’s also a cooking point for them before they lose their texture completely

Ingredients: chicken tenders (or chicken breast) peppers, onion, mushrooms, chicken broth, olive or vegetable oil, flour, paprika, salt and pepper

wash the chicken and pat it dry, then put salt, pepper, and paprika on either side - make sure to rub it in. Then sprinkle flour over them so they’re lightly coated, shake of excess flour and put it to the side to save for later. Cook the chicken until brown on either side, then take them out. First: onions (until brown), then onions, then mushrooms. Once all look proper cooked sprinkle in ~1/2 tbsp of that saved flour, then chicken broth. Let simmer for 5-10min, then put the chicken in there

let the chicken simmer for another 5 min, then turn off the heat and let it sit for as long as it takes to clean up. Then serve over spätzle (noodles)

ALSO parsley - put it in at the very very end (while off heat and sitting)
