
Set my pan on medium ish heat (~4) on my stove and let it heat up a little before adding 1/2 cup olive oil, 6oz tomato paste, and ~ 1 tbsp minced garlic. Mix and cook for around 4 min. Add 1 1/3 cup heavy cream and mix until combined and let cook for around 3 more min. Add 2 tsp. salt and pepper and chili flakes to taste. Then add Parmesan cheese (I used around 1/2-1 cup microplaned probably) and 1/2 cup pasta water!
