Hello everyone, I’m in a bit of a pickle. I’ve bough 5 dozens and need to figure out how to cook them differently to not get sick of them. Any recipes that I could try out? (I got air frier, stove and oven to cook in). Low # of ingredients would be best

Got it guys. Thank you very much for ideas. Will do most of the ideas that you’ve mentioned, especially quite interested in “Fritatta” since it sounds quite interesting.

japanese egg sandwiches (tamago sando) & korean marinated eggs (mayak eggs) are both very simple and very delicious foods. i usually make the mayak eggs with rice or ramen

Just do scrambled eggs with different ingredients every day. Some of my favorites ingredients for scrambled eggs are: ham, bacon, cheese (American or mozzarella), peppers, onion, tomato.

Frittata. Hard boil some and use them in either a soy marinade or pickled beet juice. Egg drop soup is really easy too

How tf do you end up with 60 eggs? Especially in this economy?

OP has transcended and consumed the Platonic ideal of the dozen

Shit, I think I might’ve fucked up when I was redacting the message. I have 5 dozens of eggs. Sorry guys for confusion

It is 5 dozens of eggs. I think I deleted the word by mistake when tried to fit in last part of the sentence

Happens, I hard boil mine and have 2 for breakfast usually. Love an avocado egg salad if you chop up HB eggs with avocado and seasonings. Deviled eggs slap and you can make it so many different ways (use Pinterest or chat GPT for ideas), meal prep egg sandwiches w English muffin/ bacon/ whatever u want.

Smallest amount that I was able to buy in Costco. And it was a pretty good deal ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Okay yeah that checks out. As for suggestions, I generally dislike eggs but have found that I can hide them in fried rice pretty well
