My partner and i will do salmon or shrimp fried rice, or shrimp sushi bowls a lot. We also make chicken and gnocchi soup with a toasted baguette and that is also really good

i already have the plan to do burgers. i don’t like sandwiches during summer months and i’ll be seeing him next month!

For sure! Also I’m not your doctor so take a grain of salt when I say this but maybe try using an iron fish? It’s a little piece of iron that you put in boiling liquid (soup, water, etc) to increase the iron content of whatever you eat. Ofc I would first consult your doctor about it and ask what brand they would recommend if they do recommend it in the first place*
