I was not a fan of seafood a few years ago, but salmon is now one of my favorite cuts. If you have access to a grill, try cooking it on a cedar plank

A compromise vegetarians can make are for getting omega 3s from salmon and the collegian powder that is very beneficial over one’s life. Each diet form is like a kung fu art form with kung fu masters promoting it. It’s the mixed martial arts that went beyond kung fu and drew in the best for their own style. I believe diet should be the same and mixing the different diets to a right combination.

I’ve been vegetarian since I was 10 years old but sometimes I consider transitioning to pescatarian

I feel like that was a very roundabout way of saying “eat a balanced diet” but yeah I agree

I was vegetarian for a little bit because my palate changed like crazy overnight. I was tasting the deadness(?) in meat and couldn’t stomach it. I’ve gone back to meat. Do you think any of your vegetarian cooking can transfer over to meat?

Probably not cause back then I just bought packaged fake meat which doesn’t really act like real meat - but I’m just generally pretty good at cooking so it’s no trouble tbh

No I just eat meat now, I’m involved in a couple martial arts and my diet was causing me to fall behind my peers in the gym and during lessons

Season with a bit of salt and lemon pepper on the flesh, get some ripping hot avocado oil going, place the salmon skin side down and keep pressure on it for like 15 seconds to prevent the skin from shrinking, put the lemons on top of the flesh and let it cook for like a minute and a half ish, remove the lemons and flip, cook for another minute on the flesh side, get a good sear, remove it and melt down a bit of butter with some rosemary and crushed garlic cloves, put the salmon back in and-

-baste the flesh, and then I like to sear the lemons for just like thirty seconds to break down bitterness and bring out the sweetness a little, also get some of that butter on them too. Yeah that’s pretty much it. I think. I kinda just cook by feel
