Day 4: Taco Mac
1 box of Mac and cheese
1 pound of ground meat
1 packet of taco seasoning
Sautéed peppers and onions (optional)
Extra cheese (optional)
Day 3: Lentil Soup
1/2 cup of lentils soaked overnight
About half a carton of chicken/vegetable broth
1 can of diced potatoes
1 can of mixed veggies
1 can of pinto beans (other proteins optional)
Boil until lentils and potatoes are soft
