Celery is kinda useless anyway why eat something that will burn more calories than you are able to consume you donโ€™t get much nutrients from it either

As a volume eater, that would work well for me. Unfortunately, it is spicy to my palate(maybe Iโ€™m allergic idk)

this was v low effort, so i just used a taco seasoning for the veggies while roasting and on the hummus is trader joeโ€™s everything but the bagel seasoning

i soaked the cut potatoes in cold water for like 30+ minutes? idk i just left it, then i dried it well and put it in the pan with taco seasoning, and avocado oil and baked at 375 for 20 minutes then added other veggies and baked at 425 for 20 minutes. Then i topped w my fav hummus and everything bagel seasoning!!

thank you! you can def leave it out, it was just in my fridge so i thought why not, i would have wanted to sub carrots if i had it! or added zucchini
