I messed up a little on the plating, but it’s so flavorful. Pan-seared pork chop with mashed potatoes, roasted broccolini, and a tri-berry wine reduction, paired with a Bourgogne Pinot Noir.

It’s pretty simple, I added three different berries, which was black, blue, and raspberry, a little lemon zest, honey, and some Pinot Noir. I recommend using for pork and chicken, but I’ve even used this for duck (I did a cranberry reduction) and it was great. I didn’t add any sugar, as the honey has lots of good natural sugars.
