5g garlic 5g oyster sauce 42g honey 24g brown sugar 18g sugar free ketchup 25ml soy sauce 10ml rice vinegar + 15 ml sesame oil

Marinade for chicken: 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp rice vinegar 1 tsp brown sugar 1 tsp sesame oil 1 egg After marinating add 1 tbsp flour and mix. Then coat with cornstarch/flour mixture (more cornstarch than flour)
