Make it the normal way then mix in sour cream at the end? Or do you heat it up with the sour cream already in? I wanna try this out if someone would let me know

My Russian nanny once put sour cream in the Mac when we didn’t have any milk and GOD DAMN when I say it was life changing… (I thought that it would make it sour idk but it was just more creamy)
