I’m convinced that 95% of the people who dislike pineapple on pizza have never had it done properly.
Ideally you thoroughly dry the pineapple first, that way it can char a little and the sugars can caramelize a bit. Otherwise the crust just gets soggy
What’s funny is that I hate this way of pineapples on pizza being made. I like it when it’s still juicy honestly I’d probably just put the pineapples on immediately after the pizza comes out of the oven
