
Okok super simple 1 lb of ground beef (cook and drain away the oil before you make the sauce) Then with the beef still in the pan and on low to medium heat add: Equal parts low sodium soy sauce and brown sugar (1/4 of a cup of each is what the official recipe says but I usually do more and if it seems too sweet add a little more soy sauce) About 2 teaspoons of sesame oil Then about 1/4 a teaspoon of red pepper flakes (but if you want it a little spicier like I do, you can add more)
