Honestly a cheesecake isn’t that hard, it’s relatively all in one bowl that you mix, crust you make in another and cook first for 10 and the. You pour the filling on top and bake for an hour. Hardest part is the ganache that you pour on top when it’s done and cooled

My recipe had me do a water bath, but you definitely don’t have to! If you can’t it’s preferred cause the steam gives it a more creamy texture but it’s still amazing either way

It’s a deep pan filled with water in the stove, and you wrap your spring pan (cheesecake pan) in aluminum foil and put it in there

Or you can put the cheesecake pan in a larger cake pan and then put it in

The water can’t touch the spring pan cause it could seep in
