
You never lying. I went to college in a small town and there’s a highway where the speed limit is 70mph right before you get off to get on the road to the university and the speed limit changes to 25mph then 15mph. If you go to university in Frostburg MD, you know exactly what I’m talking about.
I mean… that’s usually how exit ramps work. I worked at a place an hour away a little over a year ago, the exit ramp was a 180° turn with a suggested speed sign for 25mph (35 was the limit on the attached road). You definitely couldn’t go more than 35 on the ramp and keep your traction. My hometown however… has 2 route entrances that go straight from 55 to 25 and vice versa. The cops wait at those entrances but generally aren’t even running radar
