20% usually, 15% if bad, and a little more than 20% if good

“Tipping just incentivizes employers to pay low wages” sure but not tipping legitimately only hurts the employee relying on those tips. The employer is still going to pay a low wage, and the employee gets fucked.

I’m all for change but you do that by signing petitions and calling your lawmakers, not by being an ignorant dick and ruining people’s days.
