Sorry but these types of friendships never last. There is almost always one side that catches feelings, or one person gets jealous of the others boyfriend/girlfriend taking attention away… it always plays out like that.

I used to think like you until I started really reading between the lines and noticing her jealous behavior with any girlfriend I ever had. Even though it was subtle, it was there. I also noticed my girlfriends comparing themselves to her and sometimes even crying about it and getting very emotional. It never plays out well unless there is a very large gap in attractiveness level between the two of you. That’s the harsh reality
