Do guys also build up the idea of what someone looks like before actually seeing the girl and then gets disappointed when they are not how they envisioned? Or is this just a woman thing

This is why my dating profile was curated to portray me as hot as I can accurately be portrayed. Of course I chose pictures I liked but I did not use my absolute best most flattering pictures because I don’t always look like that.
