I exercise, read, or talk to people. I’m in my head a lot too so I need to get out of it pretty often

Honestly two things that helped me and one is very odd. I journal which helps a ton to get everything out and then sometimes if I don’t write anything I realize wow I’m not that stressed as I thought. Then I learned about Stoicism. It really helped me focus on the present and the now
