Everything you go through will change you. You are learning lessons that can’t really be taught because you have to internalize this. Don’t invest in broken people and build yourself up. Date your equal, don’t fix them.

Damn 4 in a row? How’d you even find that many? It’s not your fault. How they treated you, is not a reflection of your worth. It was never going to work out with ppl who have untreated BPD. That’s just the reality. It wasn’t going to be healthy. But you are so worthy of love and respect and patience and kindness. Don’t give up.

You were happy, they had untreated bipolar depression. They had their own self growth to do before they could put in enough time to care about you as well. They were struggling.

oh i mean borderline personality disorder. but 2 did have bipolar. and i personally and bipolar (medicated and generally stable), so i’m really not trying to fault anyone for mental illness. but i’m just really hurt and broken. i tried so hard. i did so much. i loved them so much

The best thing you can do right now is start eating healthier and let them go. Mental illness starts in the gut. The shitty food you eat is causing issues in the brain and I’m not even joking. No sodas and no energy drinks is a good start.
