When she’s “immature” she’s clearly doing it as a way to make fun of herself. Which is a normal way for anyone to behave. I really don’t think she’s stupid i think it’s just genuinely hard for elves to comprehend how short the lifespans of other races are, therefore leaving them appreciating their connections too late

After adventuring with himmel for 10 years during which time passes the exact same for her and himmel she just leaves for a few decades expecting them to be back right where she left them. Shes old enough to comprehend and have seen people wither over time and understand that they age different. She then is shocked when they’re all old and grumpy and during the like 50 years she was off practicing spells in a forest and shit she never once thought about her relationship with her party and went

“Hmm I wonder why himmel was constantly dropping hints” or thinking in depth about any of her relationships. I get that she lives long but life doesn’t go by faster, so I find it genuinely fucking stupid when she just abandons them. It’s like a guy abandoning his 6 year old cat for 5 years then is surprised to see it dead, ofc it’s dead what do you think was gonna happen. It’s genuinely unbelievable to me
