A little less than 1/4 of the country voted for him. 72% of the country either didn’t vote, can’t vote, or voted for the other parties.

They’re not irredeemable. You just have to say something like “I was wrong. What he’s doing is bad. I’ll support an actual conservative instead of a fascist movement”. Or something to that effect. Germany didn’t demonize people who voted for Nazis. They just educated the people to what they were doing, what they were hiding, and why it was wrong. We just gotta do the same thing with maga supporters. And if that’s “demonizing half the country”, then suck it up

I am still not of the party that this guy is a fascist. I don’t think people who say that really know what a fascist looks like it is capable of. You can say he has the demeanor of a totalitarian but he certainly doesn’t have the faculties.
