Tbh I think what's best is for everyone to find a physical activity that they enjoy. Weightlifting is something I enjoy, but my friends who like play tennis or rock climbing or hiking etc. are probably way more healthy than me

I like hiking but I cannot do it consistently there aren't any hiking trails around where I live
