it’s my main medium of communication. i wouldn’t talk to 90% of the people i do if it was just text. and that’s after massively cleaning house/friends list a few years ago ago and not maintaining streaks my friends use snap and we talk. why do i need a more restrictive form of communication

Most teenagers and early 20s ppl still religiously use Snapchat. Post 25 most sane people are not on snap. Yes you don’t have to be an adult, but you’re certainly an outlier

text has been around twice as long as snap. snap is useful in ways text will never be. if my parents or grandma want to text me that’s fine, but 99% of people are snapping me given the option between the two. also snap is free and you don’t need a $150/month phone plan to say hi
