Just make sure your not losing your picture of baseline or nothing is changing your perception of dosage, there is no safe amount of alcohol long term

Also something that I feel like I see is that for stoners, a lot of edibles and strains in general have way higher concentrations of THC then they did in the 90s. Everyone I’ve talked to mentions how it used to be grass back in the day but not how their using the stronger stuff at the same frequency
