I’m learning that for me the line between calorie deficit and eating disorder is very very thin and I keep taking it too far but I want to lose weight

Calorie deficit is eating disorder. Full stop. No amount of weight lost is healthier than eating till you’re full. If you have an issue with eating past fullness, or not being able to tell you’re full (which I doubt) then tracking your calories is a good idea. But outside of that, calorie tracking is a slippery slope.
