I use an app called flora that locks other apps on my phone until a certain time period when I wanna rlly get stuff done. You plant real trees every time you start a focus task. The tree “dies” if you use your phone/exit the app during a focus app and for extra incentive you can set a certain amount of money you have to pay if you do break ur focus
