Good thing she actively didn’t consent at the time and wasn’t legally able to (now that the voluntary intoxication loophole is closed) and she reported it when it happened and she’s only opening a lawsuit to put pressure on actually opening the case she was denied years ago and not magically revoking consent years later then, huh?
