EVERYONE holds weight differently. I have been in fitness for 6 years and I’ve learned the scale doesn’t matter at all for most cases. I’m 5’6 and I bounce from 130-140 depending on the week. Muscle weighs more than fat. Water weight weighs a lot too. Don’t judge where you’re at or progress or worth based on the scale!!!!! You are beautiful the way you are🫶🫶
i’m 5’2” and 120ish, little of it is muscle (lol) and i’m C cup iirc, and i wouldn’t be considered fat by appearance i don’t think so i guess between my weight and the others you’ve been given would be appropriate esp if you also don’t have much muscle or a large chest that would add extra weight. but tbh if you’re eating well and getting exercise, a healthy weight for you could look like a whole range!!
I’m 5’2.5 and I used to be 128, but I lost some weight and I’m 110 now. Idk how that might help, but I should mention that I am a 28f cup, and I workout so that my shape falls into the hourglass category. I don’t want to be “top-heavy” or disproportionate. Personally I liked myself at 120 and I think my opinion of my body fluctuation less since I was more balanced. I like my body now, but I just wanted to clarify that different things look better depending on you are.
