…able to articulate why it makes you uncomfortable for it to be “valid” as sexual harassment, otherwise it doesn’t matter and you should get over it. Genuinely made me think less of him as a person.

Blew my fucking mind when he said that. He was saying that when people (whether it’s men or women) receive unwanted sexual comments about their bodies, many of them only have a problem with it because they’re told by “society” to have a problem with it. When no, if someone talks about you sexually in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, you are NOT in the wrong for feeling that way, no matter you can articulate it or not. In his mind, victims have to justify themselves.
