As the oldest, my mom is an enabler and I was seeing as a villain for wanting them to do better but then I remembered I’m not their parent and I’m not gonna stress myself out and neglect my own self care for their mistakes. I went zero contact 10 years ago and I’m happy af.

As far as I’m aware. He’s refused any offer of therapy he’s been given in case this was a depression thing. He seems genuinely content to live like this unfortunately.
