Don’t worry, they will regret it.. when you are that young you never learned how to have an actual healthy adult relationship

It’s fine to wait until you’re 25 and go get you’re life together. Everyone has their own timing

I’m 25 and I can’t imagine getting married now. I feel too young to be someone’s husband lmao

getting married and starting a family young is the best thing you can do! assuming you’ve found the right person, of course; someone you love and trust and are 100% loyal to, and someone who reciprocates those as well. tbh as early as 19 or 20 is probably too early for 90% of people, but i’d say around 22 or 23 is the perfect time!

Idk if that’s fair to say they’ll regret it. Like, they might, marriage is the biggest 50/50 you’ll find outside of a casino, but honestly it doesn’t matter. They might be really happy, they might not. Saying they won’t be is putting too much focus on them. Focus on what makes YOU happy; and take your time! You have the rest of your life to figure it out and enjoy it.

yes but they get married early because they probably want to live a traditional lifestyle where they create a family early and settle down together to raise their children, not because they can’t wait to lose their virginity

You had me in the first half I’m like no tf it’s not 😭 but then you gave an age range and yea that age range does make sense, but 18-20 like what I’m seeing is absolutely just not smart 💀 especially cuz one girl I know is having a child with a dude who looks like he’s in his 30’s and she JUST turned 19 so I’m very fucking concerned for her

no yeah that’s overboard if u ask me. tbh i have relatives who have gotten married and had their children at the ages of 17-19 (not in the us) and have lived incredibly blessed lives, but that early wouldn’t be for even me. personally i will finish my college education and hope to have a long-term relationship securely established by then with a woman who i will intend to soon marry. to each their own, but i personally believe the ideal is around 22-24

i think we're getting to a time where ideal is more around 28-32

That’s what my ideal marriage situation would be tbh lol hell I’m single asf rn and don’t see myself getting into a relationship any time soon so that sounds pretty on par
